At Club L London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Order

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
